Meet Gigi Grant From 13 Wishes
Here is Gigi Grant from the 13 Wishes collection along with her pet scorpion Sultan Sting. She arrived at Monster High via a lantern Howleen Wolf found in the school attic. Gigi grants wishes. She gives Howleen 13 of them. Of course as wishes usually go, they aren't everything Howleen expects. The story is told in the DVD movie 13 Wishes from Monster High. The movie brings Gigi and Twyla into the Monster High doll collection.

The Gigi Grant doll has been available since May 2013. I'm just getting around to opening her. If you follow me that's a trend for me. I'm late to the party on most of my dolls. My dolly allowance can't keep up with Mattel's production department. But she's here and that's what's important. I like her.
Gigi's skin is very pink. So is her hair, although its got some orange in it too. She wears it in a ponytail high atop her head sort of like Barbara Eden in the I Dream of Jeanie television series. Kids won't remember that show so lets move on. Here's the box and her against the background after the box is opened.
She's striking a very Genie-Like pose. She comes with a journal and her pet as all first edition Monster High dolls so. And a stand of course.
Gigi carries her lantern on her arm. I'm not sure it's a purse because it doesn't open. She has a dark pink scorpion tattoo around her neck. Her eyes are greenish blue and she's got light brown eyebrows and blue and orange-ish eyeshadow. I think her eyebrows make her expression look worried.
Her lipstick is the same shade as her hair and she has a sprinkling of freckles across her nose, and a dimple in her chin. I've seen pictures of her around the internet with her hair taken down out of the high up-do. I decided against that. I like it this way. Makes her look more Genie-ish.

Her outfit is a cropped leg jumpsuit. The colors are shimmery and there's a gold design on the pants along with gold trim around the shoulders and waist. It closes with Velcro in the back.

Gigi Grant is a great addition to the Monster High doll team. And she's the main character in the 13 Wishes DVD which is a full length Monster High movie. Girls will have lots of fun watching the show and then imagining lots of new wishes for Gigi to Grant.
